We require a $50 deposit for each reservation. This ensures that the inflatable you have your heart set on is reserved for your event! Deposits can be made conveniently online during the booking process. We accept all major credit cards.

We accept all major credit cards and cash. Due to previous issues, we are no longer able to accept personal checks as a form of payment.

A deposit must be paid at the time of reservation to secure your booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card on the day of the rental.

Absolutely! We will deliver and set up each order and make sure that it’s clean, sanitized, and in good working condition.

Regular Drop-off time between 7 am and 9 am. Pick-up time is between 8 pm and 10 pm. Though, we are always willing to discuss other options, if needed. We prefer to pick up all inflatables prior to sunset, as it allows us to clean and inspect the inflatable in daylight. As the time of sunset varies throughout the year, so does our preferred pickup time!  If your party is scheduled to go later, we sometimes have the option for an overnight rental which would be picked up the next morning. This option is not always available. Please call for more information.

Our delivery fee is calculated based on your distance from our warehouse. The reason for this is to keep the prices of our inflatables as low as possible. Some companies do not charge a delivery fee because they already include that cost in their rental prices. This fee helps offset fuel and travel time costs for our crew.

Once you enter your delivery address during the booking process, the delivery fee will be calculated automatically and added to your reservation total.

Many customers find that, even if they live farther away from our warehouse, our prices—including the delivery fee—are still lower than those of other local companies. If you have any questions about delivery to your area, please feel free to contact us.

Adult supervision required at all times. No sharp objects, no shoes, no eyeglasses, no food, no gum, no candy, no markers, no crayons, no pens or drinks. No wrestling or fighting!

Please provide a flat, grassy, and level area that is large enough for the inflatable and allows for proper clearance around the unit.

For water slides, you will also need to provide a water hose that is long enough to reach the setup location.

Before our team arrives, please ensure the setup area is free of rocks, debris, pet waste, low-hanging branches, and any other obstacles that could interfere with installation or safe operation.

Please note: Once an inflatable has been installed and secured, it cannot be moved to a different location. Please carefully choose the setup area before delivery to ensure it is the exact location where you would like the inflatable placed.

Awesome Party Rentals offers one of the largest selections of inflatables in the Orlando area! Because our most popular items are in high demand, availability can change quickly. Like all rental companies, we have a limited quantity of each inflatable, and all reservations are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

To ensure you get the inflatable you want and enjoy the widest selection possible, we recommend reserving your rental as early as possible. Booking in advance gives you the best chance of securing your preferred items and date for your event.

We understand that even the best-planned events can be affected by unexpected circumstances. Whether you need to cancel or postpone your party weeks in advance or at the last minute, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery date, your deposit will be refunded in full.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your event, you will not lose your deposit. Instead, the deposit will remain as a credit on your account and can be applied toward any rental with Awesome Party Rentals within one year of your original event date.

Our goal is to make the process as stress-free as possible and help you celebrate when the time is right.

Some things are out of our control. The weather is one of them. If bad weather is in the forecast, we will assess the situation early in the morning on the day of your party. If the forecast is calling for heavy rain or thunder showers throughout the day, or wind conditions that exceed 25 mph, for safety reasons, we cannot deliver your inflatable, and will either reschedule (our preference) or refund you the entire amount paid to us (including deposit). If there is a possibility of a passing shower or the typical afternoon FL rain, we encourage you to keep the reservation, as rain will not hurt the inflatable, and the children can resume bouncing after the rain subsides and the inflatable is dried with a bath towel. If there is a good possibility that it will rain during your entire party time, and you are uncertain as to what to do – please call us to discuss. Note: once the delivery crew has setup the inflatable at your party location, even if it rains during your party, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

Our delivery team goes out of their way to make sure you have a great rental experience! As such, you may desire to give them a tip for their great service. This is greatly appreciated by our crew. However, please know that tips are not expected, so do not feel uncomfortable if you do not feel inclined to tip for whatever reason.
