EMERGENCY PROCEDURE

Emergencies can arise for various reasons. The following are a few examples of emergencies and how they can be handled. This is strictly a guide; please use common sense when an emergency occurs.

WEATHER

Bad weather can arrive in the form of rain, lightning, or strong wind. In each case, you want to evacuate the ride as quickly and safely as possible. Remain Calm! After everyone has exited the ride, deflate the ride by turning off the blowers or fans. Units may be run in light rain. Unit(s) MUST be deflated during heavy rain, high winds, lightning, hail, flooding, or any other hazardous condition. Unit(s) may be inflated once weather has calmed.

LOSS OF ELECTRICAL POWER

When a loss of power occurs the ride will slowly start to deflate. Remain Calm! You will have ample time to help your patrons quickly and safely exit the ride. Check to see if the blowers have come unplugged or the cords are unplugged from the outlet. If so, plug them back in, and the ride will re-inflate. If this does not resolve the issue, contact Awesome Party at 352-223-6915, immediately to check the problem.

DAMAGE

If the ride becomes damaged while in your operation, take the following steps. Write down what happened, when, and any other details you observed and turn this report in to the Lessor. Contact Awesome Party immediately at 352 -223-6915. Do not attempt to continue to operate the ride. Lessee represents and warrants the safe return of the unit(s) and hereby agrees to pay Lessor up to $5,000 per unit if it is not returned or it is returned in unsalvageable condition as determined by the lessor. The Lessee also agrees to pay a minimum $50 repair fee for any repairs that require patching.
