logoWhat are the drop-off and pick-up times?
Regular Drop-off time between: 7 am – 9 am

Pick-up time: 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm. Though, we are always willing to discuss other options, if needed.We prefer to pick up all inflatables prior to sunset, as it allows us to clean and inspect the inflatable in daylight. As the time of sunset varies throughout the year, so does our preferred pickup time!  If your party is scheduled to go later, we sometimes have the option for an overnight rental which would be picked up the next morning. This option is not always available. Please call for more information.

Do you deliver and set up?
Absolutely! We will deliver and set up each order and make sure that it’s clean, sanitized, and in good working condition.

Why do you charge a delivery fee for some areas?
Our delivery fee is calculated based on your distance from our warehouse. The reason for this is to keep the prices of our inflatable as low as we can. Some companies do not charge a delivery fee because they already hide that fee in their prices. This fee goes to offset fuel and travel time costs of our crew. Note, many customers find that, even if they live far away from our warehouse, our prices including the delivery fee are still cheaper than other local companies! We encourage you to call us to see if a delivery fee applies to your area.

What are the bounce house or water slide rules?
Adult supervision required at all times. No sharp objects, no shoes, no eyeglasses, no food, no gum, no candy, no markers, no crayons, no pens or drinks. No wrestling or fighting !

What type of surface is needed?
The safest surface is a level grassy area.

What form of payment do you accept? When do I pay?
We accept all major credit cards, and cash. Due to some unfortunate experiences, we can no longer accept personal checks as a form of payment.
A deposit will be taken at the time of the reservation with credit card.

How far in advance should I reserve for my party?
Awesome Party has one of the largest selections of inflatables in the Orlando area! However, like all rental companies, we have limited quantities of each. All of our rentals are first come, first served. The best way to ensure the widest selection possible for your party is to call and make a reservation as soon as possible.

Do you require a deposit?
We require deposit of $50 for each reservation. This ensures that the inflatable you have your heart set on is reserved for you! This deposit can be made with our reservation staff, we accept all major credit cards or PayPal.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that no matter how hard you try to plan, life can sometimes throw a curveball at you, and you may need to cancel or postpone your party. This might happen 2-3 weeks before your party or it may happen the night before. If this happens, please call us immediately to cancel or postpone! If this happens, we understand, and want you to know that you will NOT lose your deposit! If you cancel 48 hours ahead of the delivery day, we return your deposit in full. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the party. Deposit will remain on your account, and can be applied toward any inflatable rental with Awesome Party within one year of your original party date.

What if we anticipate rain or bad weather?
Some things are out of our control. The weather is one of them. If bad weather is in the forecast, we will assess the situation early in the morning on the day of your party. If the forecast is calling for heavy rain or thunder showers throughout the day, or wind conditions that exceed 25 mph, for safety reasons, we cannot deliver your inflatable, and will either reschedule (our preference) or refund you the entire amount paid to us (including deposit). If there is a possibility of a passing shower or the typical afternoon FL rain, we encourage you to keep the reservation, as rain will not hurt the inflatable, and the children can resume bouncing after the rain subsides and the inflatable is dried with a bath towel. If there is a good possibility that it will rain during your entire party time, and you are uncertain as to what to do – please call us to discuss. Note: once the delivery crew has setup the inflatable at your party location, even if it rains during your party, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.

Am I expected to tip the delivery people?
Our delivery team goes out of their way to make sure you have a great rental experience! As such, you may desire to give them a tip for their great service. This is greatly appreciated by our crew. However, please know that tips are not expected, so do not feel uncomfortable if you do not feel inclined to tip for whatever reason.
